Youth Ministry Update...
For those who still haven’t heard… CYO is alive and
growing in our parish. The older model of a CYO Club has changed a
little but we still offer the same social, spiritual, and service
opportunities we have always done. The new model is called “YM Core
Team” - a group of teens and adults who meet monthly with our Youth
Minister Ryan Spooner and newly appointed Jr. High Youth Minister Laura
Dietz. We come together to brainstorm ideas for youth events for a three
month period, then we share snacks and games too. It is a great
opportunity for youth and adults and families too who want to help offer
fun, creative and enriching programming for all the youth of our parish.
You are invited, youth and adults, to become part of this Core Team.

The parish congratulates Brandon Bessette,
the son of Arthur and Cathy Bessette on receiving the
Eagle Scout award. He is from our parish
Troup 2 scout group. All the best, Brandon.

"Lino At
Large"
"Lino At Large" is "Catholic radio for 'Generation
X'." This fast-paced half-hour weekly program geared toward young adult
Catholics and non-Catholics explores the beauty, excitement, and
challenges of being Catholic in today's world. Inspired by "Generation
Cross," a widely-acclaimed Minneapolis-area cable television show that
Rulli created and hosted for six years.
